    1- Good Idea/Original:
    Who ever decided to put free wi-fi in the sitting area with those work chairs
    should get a raise! Great idea, was good to be able to work while getting
    my vehicle repaired.
     
    2- Awesome Customer Service:
    Brigit and Scott from the service dept. are A1: very knoledgeable, courteous, respectful. Brigit, in the most recent times I brought my car in, went over and above every time (I think 3 times for this one issue). For example while waiting for my car, I was getting some work done via your wi-fi internet and she came and offered everyone a coffee - I gladly took one.
     
    3- Awesome mechanic:
    Hats off to Shanon (mechanic) she was also knowledgeable, courteous, respectful. I am not very car-smart. She tought me more having a few conversations with her, than I learned in shop class. She gave me the respect in explaining what was going on with my car and what I should do now and or
    later. Gave me suggestions on some of your services to help get more life out my car and its parts. I already told her no one else works on my car anymore but her (no offense to other mechanics).

    I just wanted to send a brief note to offer my deepest thanks to you and your team for helping to put me in my sweet new ride. My new 2011 Inferno Orange Camaro 2LT is an absolute dream come true. I've received nothing but compliments during the whole drive back to Newfoundland and ever since. I've had strangers honk their horns and drive-through staff telling me what a beautiful car I'm driving. Feels nice to be one of the "popular kids" for a change. Of course, the RCMP in Pictou County, NS weren't so thrilled with her, but that's another story altogether....
     
    In particular, I'd like to send special regards to Scott Riley and Michel LaFramboise for all their assistance. In addition to providing me with the initial pricing and information, Scott exercised great patience with all my questions and emails. The "small details" like picking me up at the airport and supplying me with some maps for the long drive back were noticed and deeply appreciated. Absolutely fantastic Sales Consultant. Also Michel's assistance in helping me with my rust-proofing (and no doubt for other things behind the scenes) was invaluable. There were probably others involved but the whole experience was so seamless (I think I was in and out in just over an hour) that I didn't get to meet them. To all those involved, many thanks. Your team really diffused what would have been an otherwise stressful purchase.

    This e-mail is simply a quick note to underscore how pleased I am with my overall experience with your dealership and what an enjoyable experience my last service appointment was.
     
    Please allow me a moment to elaborate on the two aspects that have surprised and surpassed my expectations from day one.
     
    Service Experience:
    I've owned my Pontiac G6 since 2008, and have dealt with three separate dealers across the province. Of the three, Myers Orleans consistently exceeds my expectations. The problem is fixed right the first time, is always well understood and I'm met with prompt, friendly service with every visit. On this visit, I had a chat with the service advisor about brakes, and they were quite knowledgeable. I also had a concern with the driver side seat back, which was addressed promptly by ordering the part in after a quick diagnosis.
     
    Parts Experience:
    I came in looking for a plastic cover for the inside of the trunk and dealt with a gentleman named Jeff. Jeff found the part right away, and let me know the lead time so I could make an informed decision on whether to order today or wait. I was also looking for wipers for the car, as the early model 2008 have a different wiper arm. Jeff knew exactly what I was talking about, and had the part for me quicker than I could get the existing one off the car. The last Ottawa dealership I dealt with prior to moving my service and parts needs to Myers took three attempts to order the proper blades.
     
    Your dealership provides top quality service and a top quality customer service experience, and this has shown through in the great experiences I've had with the excellent folks working in both Service and Parts. For what it's worth, please pass on my thanks to your teams as appropriate. I look forward to my next service visit and definitely speak highly of my service experiences thus far whenever there's a discussion in my work and personal circles about vehicle service.

    No Bull!

    The sales rep, Jo Nuttall was very professional, a tough bargainer but not tougher than me. She was honest, and if she could not explain something such as the technology of the different 4-WD systems of GM computers, she got help from an expert rather than try to bull#*@! her way through. In all she was a pleasure to deal with as were the staff at the dealership, and I would recommend her as a definite asset to Future GM development and growth.

    When I walked into the showroom it was with a stressed and heavy heart. My 10 year old Montana was costing me more to fix than what I could afford. I started talking with Ms. Nuttle and I instantly felt comforted and at ease. She took the time to hear my financial concerns. She asked me questions that sought out where my needs and stress areas were. She showed me 3 different cars and told me how each one would meet my needs. She was very patient with me and never once made me feel pressured. In the end I have a car I am comfortable in, that I can confidently afford and in a small way gave me the strength to see light at the end of my personal lows. My marital problems will not define me but the confidence I have will grow everyday I get behind the wheel of my car. I dreaded the day I would have been back in the world of car payments. The way Ms. Nuttle took care of me and helped me through this purchase was above and beyond.

    To the rescue!

    On July 23, 2010, our OnStar phone was not working! We were travelling to a
    remote area in central Ontario to pick up my 15 year old son from a Boy
    Scout wilderness camp. We were relying on our OnStar phone in our 2007
    Montana, with its stronger transmitting capacity, to reach the main office
    at the wilderness camp at a specific time to arrange a water launch to pick
    up my son from an island prior to our arrival. I called OnStar via my
    personnel cell. After 20 minutes, I was no further ahead. They relegated it
    to a 'hardware' problem with our OnStar system. I called my dealer, Myers Orleans. The service manager, Trevor Teitz, took the
    initiative and worked his magic and we had an American OnStar service rep
    contact us. One hour later, our OnStar was working! Without Trevor's help,
    it would have been quite difficult to get my son off the island and to
    continue on our summer holiday. PLS extend our thanks to Trevor Teitz.

    Hello,
    I am writing to express my sincere gratitude of one of your customer service representatives at your location on Baseline at Merivale. I believe her name is Donna but I'm not 100% sure on that.
    On December the 23rd, 2010, my car engine light started flashing and so I had to stop driving the car. I called Myers in Kanata and they told me to try and call Myers at Baseline as they said they might be open the next day.
    I called Myers at Baseline around 7:30pm that night. I believe it was Donna with whom I spoke and she was fantastic!!! Not only did she set me up with Myers in Orleans but she also conference-called me with their service team.
    She also mentioned GM Roadside Assistance and set up and conference-called me with them so I could sign up for their service and get my car towed to the Orleans location. Donna really helped to make what was a stressful event as pleasant as possible and really went above and beyond. It's really the best customer service I've received in some time.
     
    Also, as I live in Kanata I wasn't expecting to be picked up by the shuttle service the next day. I called to ask and sure enough that service was offered free of charge. The driver who picked me up was extremely personable; along with the customer service representative at the Orleans location when I picked up my car. They should both be commended for their extremely friendly attitudes. All around I must admit that Myers has had the most impressive customer service that I have seen in some time and I will continue to use your services and recommend you to everyone!

    Service - second to none!!!

    I would like to say that as usual I was very pleased with the service I received this week at Mews/MYERS ORLEANS.
     
    My first contact was with the service advisor, Serge who took care of my situation which was a blower fan that would not shut off when the ignition is off which resulted in a dead battery the night before.
     
    Serge quickly referred my vehicle to Jim who was very knowledgeable in electrical problems. The diagnosis was prompt and so were the repairs.
     
    Thanks Serge and Jim for expediting the repairs and have me on my way.
     
    I often tell people that I chose to purchase my vehicles at Myers Orleans not only for the brand but predominently for the after-sales service which, in my opinion is second to none! I have never been disappointed!!

    As I said before when completing these surveys, Myers has great customer service. I know my expectations are going to be met every time I bring my car there. This time they even cleaned my car inside and out, it was spotless.. I love my Camaro and want to make sure that when I bring it in it will be taken care of and I have no problem leaving my car at Myers because I know they will take care of the problem.. I also love their honesty and don't try to sell me work when it's not needed.. I would definitely give Myers a big 10 on 10 for everything!!!

    I have beein coming to Mews since our return to Orleans in 2003.
